Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is a free 15-minute phone call with the care team. You will only see program pricing if you decide to move forward with a provider visit.
Do I have to come into the clinic?
No. Consults, provider visits, and follow-ups are done by phone or video from wherever you are. If labs are needed, your provider orders them and you have them drawn at a lab near you.
Our Weatherford clinic is here when you want it, and it is where in-person services like the 3D body scan and body contouring take place.
Who will I be treated by?
A licensed provider in your state. All medical decisions, including whether a medication is appropriate for you, are made by that provider.
Am I guaranteed a prescription?
No. Medications are prescribed only when a licensed provider determines they are medically necessary and appropriate for you. GLP-1 medications are not suitable for everyone. Results may vary.
How does medication get to me?
If your provider prescribes medication, it is filled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to your door in discreet packaging. Refills are coordinated through your patient portal.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the program and the medication your provider recommends. You will see exact program pricing in the scheduler before you book a provider visit, and there are no long-term contracts.
Can I use insurance?
Programs are self-pay, which keeps pricing simple and predictable. HSA and FSA cards are generally accepted; check with your plan administrator.
Is my information private?
Yes. Scheduling and your health information are handled inside a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal, not on this website.
