Get your energy back. On evidence, not guesswork.

Low drive, poor sleep, stubborn weight and brain fog usually have a reason behind them. We test first, read the results with you, and treat what the numbers and your symptoms actually show.

Testosterone therapy

TRT for men.

Energy that never quite comes back. Workouts that take three days to recover from. Drive that has quietly gone missing. These are the things men tend to write off as age, and they are also the things low testosterone does.

Your provider starts with a panel, not an assumption. If your numbers and your symptoms line up, therapy is prescribed and monitored with follow-up testing.

  • Baseline panel before anything is prescribed
  • Therapy for new and established patients, with refills handled in your portal
  • Enclomiphene as an alternative where preserving fertility matters
  • Follow-up labs and dose adjustments built into the program

Hormone therapy for women

Perimenopause and menopause.

Sleep that breaks at 3am. A temperature range that used to be comfortable and is not any more. Weight that arrived without a change in habits. Mood and libido that feel like someone else’s.

These symptoms travel together because the underlying system is one system. Your provider looks at them that way rather than treating the loudest one and calling it done.

  • Initial consultation, comprehensive labs, then a results review before any plan
  • Personalized options that may include estrogen, progesterone and testosterone
  • Refills for established patients, shipped to your door
  • Follow-up built in, because this stage keeps moving

Longevity & wellness

Aging is not a symptom to ignore.

Recovery, energy and resilience are measurable, and they respond to the same disciplined approach as anything else: test, treat what the results support, retest.

What follows is what a provider here may consider, in plain language. None of it is a menu item you simply add to a cart. Each one is prescribed only when a licensed provider has reviewed your history and decided it is appropriate for you.

The options

Therapies your provider may consider.

Most are offered as a monthly program that includes the provider visit and the medication, and can be cancelled at any time.

About compounded and off-label medications. Several of these therapies, including NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin, are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are prescribed only when a licensed provider determines they are medically appropriate. Others, such as rapamycin and metformin used for longevity, are prescribed off-label. Your provider will explain what that means for you before anything is prescribed.

Availability varies by state and program, and nothing here is a promise of a particular result. This page is educational and is not medical advice.

Illustrative only. Your provider selects the panel, and your actual results are reviewed with you before any plan is set.

Labs & testing

Testing comes first.

A plan built on a questionnaire is a guess. Comprehensive panels ordered by your provider turn symptoms into something you can act on, and they occasionally find the thing nobody was looking for.

You have your blood drawn at a lab near you. Results come back to your provider, and you walk through them together, in plain language, before anything is prescribed.

  • Panels ordered by your provider, matched to your symptoms
  • Drawn locally, wherever is convenient for you
  • Reviewed with you, not emailed at you
  • Repeated on a schedule so the plan can be adjusted

What we can order

Panels available through the clinic.

About Galleri by GRAIL. The Galleri multi-cancer early detection test is not FDA approved. It requires a provider’s order, a positive signal must be confirmed by further diagnostic work-up, and it is intended to complement rather than replace recommended cancer screenings such as mammography and colonoscopy.

Before you book

What we will and will not do.

  • We test before we treat

If your numbers do not support a therapy, your provider will tell you so and look for what else is going on.

  • We monitor while you are on it

Follow-up testing and check-ins are part of the program. Hormone or longevity therapy without monitoring is not therapy, it is a subscription.

  • We are straight about what is compounded

Some of these medications are compounded or prescribed off-label. Compounded medications are not FDA approved, and we would rather say so up front than bury it in a footer.

  • We do not promise outcomes

Availability, requirements and results vary by person, state and program. Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider, every time.

FAQ

Hormone, longevity and lab questions.

Anything else gets answered on your free consultation call.

Do I need labs before hormone therapy?

Yes. Hormone therapy is prescribed on evidence, not on a symptom checklist. Your provider orders the panel, you have it drawn at a lab near you, and the results are reviewed with you before anything is prescribed.

How long before I notice a difference?

It varies by person, by therapy and by dose, and your provider will set realistic expectations for your situation. Follow-up labs and check-ins are built into the program so the plan can be adjusted rather than guessed at.

Can this be done entirely by telehealth?

The visits can. Lab draws happen in person at a lab near you, and availability and requirements vary by state and program. Your provider will tell you what your plan requires.

Are NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin FDA approved?

Several of the wellness and longevity therapies here, including NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin, are compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are prescribed only when a licensed provider determines they are medically appropriate for you.

Some medications are also prescribed off-label, meaning for a use other than the one they were originally approved for. That is a normal part of medical practice, and it is a decision your provider makes with you. We would rather say that plainly than bury it.

Do you offer peptides?

Sermorelin is available, in injectable or sublingual form, on its own or combined with glycine. It is a compounded medication and is prescribed only after a provider reviews your history and, where needed, your labs. We do not sell research chemicals, and nothing is dispensed without a prescription and a licensed pharmacy.

Can I combine a longevity therapy with weight loss or hormone therapy?

Often, yes, and many patients do. Your provider looks at everything together, including anything you are already taking, and will tell you which combinations make sense and which do not.
